How long we keep your data

Retention criteria
Account data — retained as long as your account is active, plus any legal retention period
Transaction records — retained for tax, accounting, and compliance (typically 7 years)
Marketing data — retained until you withdraw consent or opt out
Support tickets — retained for 3 years after resolution
Analytics and logs — typically retained for 90 days to 2 years
After retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize your data. Some data may be retained longer if required by law, to defend legal claims, or with your explicit consent.
