04 / RETENTION

How long we keep your data

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

Retention criteria

  • Account data — retained as long as your account is active, plus any legal retention period
  • Transaction records — retained for tax, accounting, and compliance (typically 7 years)
  • Marketing data — retained until you withdraw consent or opt out
  • Support tickets — retained for 3 years after resolution
  • Analytics and logs — typically retained for 90 days to 2 years

After retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize your data. Some data may be retained longer if required by law, to defend legal claims, or with your explicit consent.

If you believe a child has provided data

If you believe a child under 18 has provided Personal Data without consent, contact us immediately at cgo@stage.in. We will investigate and delete the data promptly if consent was not obtained.

10 / GLOBAL TRANSFER

International data transfers

Your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside of India, including countries that may not offer the same level of data protection.
